By advices from Buenos Ayres, up to the 19th October,
we learn that Mr. Fox, the British Minister at Buenos Ayres, has taken leave of the Government there. Mr. Gore, his Secretary of Legation, was to act as Charge d'Affaires until the arrival of the new Minister, Mr. Hamilton. The Cholera had disappeared from the Republic, but vessels from Europe and North America were still subject to qua- rantine. —
