A letter from Oporto gives the report of the mate

of the Water Witch, who had arrived there from Vigo, that on the day of his sailing from the latter place, two Spanish regiments, of nearly 1,600 men each, were shouting vices for Donna MARIA, and expressing a desire to em- bark for Oporto.
