Snr,—One hesitates to question the accuracy of any statement of Mr. Harold Nicolson's; but could he ever have addressed Prince Talleyrand as " Ambassador from His Most Christian Majesty ? Talleyrand was ambassador of King Louis Philippe, who was King of the French and not King of France, and who surely did not take over the title of Most Christian King with his other usurpations.—
