The sugar factor

Sir: Members of our Association were discussing the article in the Notebook of 20 June which dealt with the quantity of tea consumed by Mr Wedgwood Benn. Is it possible for you to find out if he has sugar in his tea, because we are very interested in the research dealing with the effects of sugar on behaviourial problems?
