SIR,—Would it not be wise if the Bishops once more studied closely the momentous, famous and scholarly Bampton lectures of the late Bishop Moberly ? He satisfaCtorily proved that the baptized laity are the " Spirit-bearing Body," and the Episcopate and clergy the voice and organs of the utterance of that body, which certainly has not at present given the adequate and final expression of its will. As regardi the re-editing of the book of 1662, it has not spoken.—I am,
