Paris letters state that the President has abandoned an intention

till now entertained of putting forward the bill for his " dotation " by the in- atrumentality of the transition Ministry. The Count. de. Chambord is about to address to one of his resident "Ministers" in Paris a manifesto of Legitimist policy, "from which no deviation can be permitted" by any of his adherents.
