Who's Who?

Sir: Does this rather unflattering caricature remind you of anybody alive nowadays? I was browsing through some books recently and same across one called A Sailor's Life in Nelson's Time. It was generously illustrated with sketches and cartoons of the day, one of them being 'A True British Tap,'

Bear in mind that this is an eighteenth-century cartoon but it's Edward Heath to a turn, the same attitude, jowls, nose. . . it's uncanny and of course Heath is something of a modern day sailor himself. Anyway, I thought it may be of interest.
