JOHN Busszta.'s relative, Mr. 'Unmans HENRY LISTER, to be Registrar- General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages in England. The Mornirg .chronicle states that Mr. BLAMIRE is to be Chief Tithe Commissioner ; and that Captain But.i.aft and Mr. JONES, Professor of Political Economy in King's College, are to be the other Commissioners.
