The Lords Justices yesterday gave judgment on the appeal in
the ease of the Royal British Bank from the decision of Vice-Chancellor Rindersley. Both the Lords Justices concurred in the judgment, which was as follows- t.t Dismiss the petition to annul ; refuse the motion to extend the inlunction. Affirm the orders of the Vice-Chancellor, with these additions,—the plaintiff Hard- be at liberty to retain a sum to meet his liabilities, subject to account ; the gnees, at all reasonable times, to produceto the official manager all books, &c.; the costs of all parties of petition in bankruptky to be paid by the official assignee. oat of the estate ; the costs of the assignees of all proceedings to be paid in like' manner: the costs of-the official manager to be reserved : 20,0001. for the present to be retained by the official manager, the rest to be paid over to the official assignee on minutes ; the amount to be retained ultimately by the official manager to be stated on the first day of next term."
