With almost wearying monotony we find that subscription lists for issues of this character are closed within five minutes of the opening. In fact, the premium-hunter is so much in evidence in the matter of these new issues that for the lists to close at 9.80 instead of 9.5 scents to be quite sufficient to occasion with- drawals of applications by the " stags."
