I would congratulate the Management of the United Domin- ions Trust Limited upon the fact that the enterprise' of a movement of which they were pioneers is seen in increased profits, the interim dividend just announced on the Ordinary Shares being 6 per cent., as compared with 5 per cent. a year ago. Moreover, the dividend is payable on a larger amount of Ordinary capital since the reorganisation and issue of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at 90s. per share. The " B " Shares, however, which formerly received 5 per cent., are now being converted into 4i per cent. Preference Shares.
