SIR.—For persons who, like myself, voted Liberal at the last
election, or are comprised within the " floating vote," is not one very strong reason for now voting Conservative that many of the present Ministers are really very tired men, the more prominent ones at least having been in office for nearly ten years, through some of the most difficult and critical years in the country's history? Their responsibilities and worries have been enormous, and it is surely asking too much of any human being to expect them to be mentally and physically fit for the strain of another long spell of administration and legislation in what may be even more difficult and
