British Citizenship. A discussion initiated by E. B. Sargent. (Longmans
and Co. 2s. 6d.)—The correspondence reprinted here was opened last November in the Journal of the Royal Colonial Institute by Mr. Sargent. Subsequent letters and notes upon the same subject followed from many distinguished men, including Mr. Bryce, Professor Westlake, and Lord Plunket. The argument involves more than merely technical points in international law, and raises questions of the greatest importance to the evolution of the British Empire.
