We are glad to note the appeal which has been

issued by the Non- conformistITnionist Association to Nonconformist Unionists in Great Britain. It is pointed out that if the Parliament Bill becomes law, the Home Rule crisis must become more acute than ever. In view of the situation thus created the Nonconformist Unionist Association, which has taken an active and successful part in defeating previous Home Rule proposals, has resolved to issue an appeal for financial

assistance to Nonconformists in this country with a view to aiding the Unionist Party in their opposition to Home Rule. The appeal, which is signed by Sir George Hayter Chubb, and others, is issued from the offices of the Association, 9 Great George Street, Westminster.
