Yoga research
Sir: I am carrying out research in the theory and history of yoga in connection with the Yoga Quarterly Review which is at present the only scholarly journal on this subjeot in existence. I would be most grateful to hear from any of your readers who can give some advice regarding possible sources of sponsorship of these studies, or
perhaps are even able to render immediate practical assistance. I have so far borne all expenses myself, but now urgently require financial backing to be able to continue both research and publishing, at least until such time as the income from subscription covers costs. I may add that this precarious situation is mainly due to the fact that libraries and other academic institutions generally take a considerable amount of time to decide to subscribe.
