From IM. Woolley Sir: Get it right, Jonathan Cecil. John Fraser's muffed entrance as the Messenger in Macbeth (Books, 13 November) is even funnier. He said, 'Your Lord, my Queen is dead.' Macbeth, astonished, replied, 'And what about my queen?' She's dead too,' said Fraser's Messenger. How Macbeth got through 'Tomorrow and tomorrow' after that is not known. I would have forgiven him for corpsing.
