Temple to be Vice-Admiral of the White; Rear-Admiral of the Red B. Hodgson to be Vice-Admiral of the Blue ; Rear-Admiral of the White J. W. D. Dundas, C.B. to be Rear-Admiral of the Red ; Rear-Admiral of the Blue W. Fisher to be Rear-Admiral of the White; Capt. H. O'Grady to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue. Capt. J.
