On the motion of Lord PALmsaurroN, a Select Committee was appointed to inquire into the operation of the act 17th and 18th Victoria, chap. 102, entitled "An act to consolidate and amend the laws relating to Bribery, Treating, and undue Influence at Elections of Members of Parliament."
