TIIE QUEEN and her Belgian guests continue to enjoy the quiet life af- forded by a sojourn at Osborne ; varying drives on land by cruises out to sea in the Fairy and Victoria and Albert.

Two of the children at Osborne, the Princess Louisa and Prince Ar- thur, and Prince Leopold, who was left behind at Buekiogbam Palace, have suffered from an attack of scarlatina, but are now doing well.
