UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATION.

[To THE EMT= OF THE " SPECTATOE."1 SI11,—The Universities have it in their own power to increase -their constituency beyond the reach of hostile critics. Let all Masters of Arts be retained on the books on payment of a nominal registration fee, for the purpose of electing the University Members. A statute could easily be passed restricting the right of attendance in Convocation for any other purpose to those who, as at present, pay the regular dues.—I am, Sir, &c., March 17th. G. It. Farrel..
