A serious omission

Sir: The clinching comment on the letter of mine which you kindly printed (30 Sep tember) praising the editorship of Walter Taplin runs as follows, and should be made public: 'Dear Donald, I am sure you did not mean to forget that one of Taplin's significant appointments was Yours truly Nicholas Davenport' I rest my (and Taplin's) case.
