NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
It is our intention occasionally to issue gratis with the " SPECTATOR " SPECIAL LITERARY SUPPLEMENTS, the outside pages of which will be devoted to Advertisements. The Twenty-first of these Supplements will be issued with the "SPECTATOR" of Saturday, February 5th ; and Advertisements for it should reach the Publishing Office not later than noon on the Wednesday preceding that date.
