Mr Humphry BERKELEY, of 3 Pages Yard, Church Street, London W4, who was Conservative MP for Lancaster 1959-66 and later stood several times for both Labour and the SDP, died on Nov. 15th last, aged 68, leaving estate valued at £229,086 gross, net NIL.
