Spot the difference

Sir: Re the inadvertent transposition of two pages of Carole Morin's column (1 July): may I suggest that you try this more often? The column made no less sense than usual (indeed I would be surprised if your proof- reader and I were alone in not noticing any- thing amiss), and I had an extra half-hour's entertainment this week trying to sort out how it was intended to read. Perhaps Jaspistos could offer a small prize for the first correct version received.
