Holiday Excursions of a Naturalist. (Hardwicke.) — The fortunate writer of these
chapters has roamed over a great part of England and a small part of the Continent, and has looked about him, when his eyes- were not, like Melancholy's, fixed oa the ground. To the naturalist the- frequency of this downward glance will make the book moat valuable. General readers would have relished more general descriptions.
