The Dark Year of Dundee.. A Tale of the Scottish
Reformation.. (T. Nelson and Son.)—There are two stories in this volume, both of them Scotch in their language and reforming in their tendency. As containing portraitures of some of the noblest forerunners of the Re- formatiop in Scotland they are striking and effective, but they attempt- no more than this, and it may be thought that this would, be done- better without a thread of fiction.
