(Oxford : Clarendon Press.)—This edition of two of Plato's dialogues belongs to the Clarendon Press Series, and the text has been revised by the light of the MSS. consulted by Bekker and Stallbaum, as well as of that in the Bodleian. Mr. Campbell also contributes a general introduction, and a separate introduction to each dialogue, which are admirable pieces of criticism. With their aid and that of the notes, the .future student of Plato will go on his way rejoicing.
