in the proceed- ings of the Commission appointed by the Extraordinary Diet. The Commission decide unanimously to recommend an amnesty for all political offences committed " of late years "; four to thre:e are in favour of expelling the Jesuits, but the mi- nority have suggested a "friendly invitation" to Lucerne, which is still under discussion; an sixto one are for condemning the Free Corps.
