Mr. Gladstone has been unwell all the week with a
cold, and has lost his voice, which prevents him from attending the House or Cabinet Councils. He is not, however, ill, and bat for the chilly winds might be in his place in Parliament on Monday. They may, however, delay his complete recovery for a few days.
