Set by Mervyn Horder The usual prize is offered for the stage directions and the first four speeches front Act One of a newly discovered play by any one of the following : Oscar Wilde, Bernard Shaw, John Gals worthy, Sir James Barrie, J. M. Synge.
Entries must be addressed to the Spectator, 99 Gower Street, W.C.1, in envelopes marked "Competition" and must be received not later than May 27th. Results will be printed in the Spectator of June 12th.
