Lord Napier of Magdala declares officially that he knows of

no ground for believing in the insubordination of the 4th Bengal Native Infantry at Allahabad. It remains, therefore, only to account for the telegram, which was, we are told, one of Renter's, and was most explicit and circumstantial.
