Co.)—There are 764 pages crammed with information in this small octavo, and a dozen plates. The printing is very good, and though there are a few mistakes, their number is comparatively insignificant. It dces not strike us as quite as marvellous as a very similar though ranch smaller cycloptedia which recently appeared ; still, the line must be drawn somewhere, and this volume seems to be on the right side.
