Italy says that she is ready to discuss various outstand
ing difficulties between herself and Yugoslavia, but w not touch the Treaty of Tirana on the ground that Alban. is an independent State and that an Italian Treaty wit her is no concern of Yugoslavia. On the contrary is very much Yugoslavia's concern.
