Wales, who was believed to be slowly but steadily recovering, when the papers of Friday evening hinted at a slight relapse. The official bulletin of noon, Friday, however, only reports that the Prince had passed a rather less quiet night, but the general con- ditions remained " the same as yesterday," that is, favourable.
