The news from Oporto is contradictory. The Times publishes letters
from two different correspondents, who scarcely agree ia any one particular of importance. We suspect, however, that it will. turn out that the Portuguese really prefer -Don MIGUEL to his brother ; and that the cause of the latter, who appears to be a vain, wavering, and presumptuous man, is all but hopeless.
