Sin—I beg_ to inform you, that a letter from the best authority, this day re- ceived from Holland, confirms the report published by the Times, that the Ire- lasquez representing "Philip the Fourth Hunting the Wild Boar" was offered for sale about fire mouths ago at the Hague, and refused. It is the same picture for which the National Gallery has recently paid 2,200I.
