Bat and bulb

THE bid for BAT has produced what I hope is a new lightbulb story. I like the genre, as in: how many psychiatrists does it take to change a lightbulb? None, but the lightbulb must want to change itself. Now the question is: how many Goldsmiths does it take to change a lightbulb? Two — one to smash it to pieces, and the other to find buyers for the bits.
