SIR,—In your article with the above heading, you mention several remarkable verdicts, but perhaps none so amusing as that of a Welsh jury (who must have had, one would think, some Irish blood in their veins), in a case of horse-stealing. " My Lord," said the foreman, " we find the man who stole the
