Sin,—When the Hapsburg tyranny crumbles, and Bohemia has a King again, and the nation has wiped off a certain amount of discredit which has attached to its name, our tie with that country will be not only the fact that the patriot John Hue was inspired by Wycliffe, but that the Prince of Wales has borrowed his motto from that blind King who 'hiked his arms with two faithful knights and plunged into the combat. Let that motto remind our Ministry that service is implied in their own title, and that the Master has set His Leal on the glory of serving.-1 am, Sir, &o.,
