Governor of Green- wich Hospital-Admiral of the Blue Sir W. Parker, Bart. G.C.B. to be Admiral of the White; Vice-Admiral of the Red E.Hawker to be Admiral of the Blue; Vice-Ad- miral of the White Sir G. F. Seymour, R.C.B. G.C.H. to be Vice-Admiral of the Bed; Vice-Admiral of the Blue W. Bowles, C.B. to be Vice-Admiral of the White; Bear-Admiral of the Red It. Arthur, C.B. to be Vice-Admiral of the Blue; Rear-Ad- miral of the White G. T. Falcon to be Rear-Admiral of the Bed; Rear-Admiral of the Blue H. Stewart, C.B. to he Rear-Admiral of the White; Capt. the Right Hon. Lord Adolphus Fitzclarence, G.C.11. to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue. The follow- ing Captains on the retired list have been promoted to be Retired Rear-Admirals on the terms proposed in the London Gazette of the 1st of Sept. 1846, without increase of pay-Retired Capt. T. Prickett ; Betired Capt. A. D. Y. Arbuthnot.
