We note that in the Daily News of Wednesday Mr.
Kensit is reported to have said in a recent address that "there would be work for Oliver Cromwells before many years were over." Mr. Kensit's words and deeds incline us to believe that there is work for a Cromwell already. It was Cromwell who said "Every sect saith : Oh, give me liberty ! But give him it, au 1 to his power he will not yield it to anybody else. Liberty of conscience is a natural right ; and he that would have it ought to give it." These words are, we think, worth the attention of Mr. Kensit.
