Pesel. (Truelove and Hanson. 3s. 6d.)-This is a new edition of a useful little book published about nine years ago. There are a number of good reproductions of old work, mostly from the Victoria and Albert Museum, and detailed descriptions of stitches and materials used both in church and secular embroidery. Mr. Walter Crane has written a short preface to the book.
