Insane arrogance of architects

Sir: May we hope that Mr Derrick Oxley's striking article on the arrogance of exponents of present dominant fashions in architecture may be followed by further articles by him, dealing in detail with the more conspicuous horrors and those responsible for them.

Though one hears views like Mr Oxley's ex pressed both by laymen and specialists and indeed by architects, one seldom sees this in print. I hope your initiative indicates that the tide has turned.
