The Parliamentary Outlook Our Parliamentary Correspondent writes : The struggle,
inevitable in all coalitions, between the Left and the Right wings for the soul of the Executive will enter upon anew stage with the reassembly of Parliament next week. There is first of all Mr. Lloyd George's dynamic platform campaign that is bound to have a powerful influence on the young men on the Left. It was interesting to see that his proposals with regard to the banking system received the immediate support of Mr. Harold Macmillan, one of the most constructive thinkers among the Conserva- tives outside the Government.
