FROM Wall Street there reaches me a striking account of the scene at Andrews Base, as the President returned to Wash- ington for his inauguration. Air Force One comes in to land, the band strikes up 'Hail to the Chief, and the President walks down the steps with a pig under each arm. The guard commander, standing rigidly to attention, snaps his words out: 'Fine pigs, sir.' They sure are fine pigs,' says the Presi- dent proudly: 'there are no finer pigs in all the world. These are Arkansas Razorback pigs. I got one for Chelsea, and one for Hillary.' Nice trade, sir.'
