Our Paris collaborateur assures us that the royal ordinance for

the increase of the duty on imported linen-thread will appear towards the end of next week. We learn also from the same quarter, that the general impression in well-informed circles in Paris is, .that the Con- servative majority will be increased by an addition of from 30 to 35 votes.—Standard, June 25.
