BACK TO BACK
Sut,—I have not seen it mentioned anywhere in the press during the past week that there is an interesting parallel to be drawn between the new Prime Minister and President Kennedy In that they spent a long period of time—in the case of Lord Home some eighteen months—each in a plaster cast recovering from spinal trouble. Thus both embryonic leaders of their countries were given 'time out,' as it were, for long reflection, reading and study. If Mr. Wilson ever injures his back, let him take courage and look on it as a hint of things to come.
