In a second edition the Morning Chronicle has Spanish news
received in Paris yesterday. It appears that on the 20th Prim, the Barcelona Junta, and the local authorities, had an interview, at which a com- promise was come to : it was arranged that the troops should reoccupy the Atarazanas, and that the authorities should resume their functions till the return from Madrid of delegates who had carried a remon- strance thither.
The Captain-General of Seville had issued a decree appointing Courts-martial at Cadiz, and condemning to death all who should be found to have any relation with the partisans of General Espartero !
