Sr There seems to be a marked difference in the

meaning of the Word 'Racialism ' to some men. Two I can think of with opposite Views:

(I) General Amin's — his outright cruelty to another race flat his own.

(2) Our Britisher Mr Enoch rovvell, a patriot, whose first duty is to his governments pledge to its country, who advocates voluntary repatriation with fares paid, cash 'in help returning immigrants to resettle in their own lands, at the sarne time affording their country a great advantage in fostering all tneY may have learnt here. The first man is a cruel racialist. The other is not a racialist, and ilver has been: a man with a wide vssion, and without humbug, a 'ecthst but compassionate.
