writing in Thursday's paper, the situation at Constantinople has become most critical.. ' The Morating Post correspondent goes on to add that the leaders of disaffectien are Osman Pasha, Abdi Pasha:, and Suwat Pasha. Finally, says the correspondent, " startling developments, it is asserted, may be confidently expected very shortly."
